⚠️ Important Registration Requirements
Registration Deadline: All authors must register by October 31, 2025.
Please note the following registration policies for different submission types:
Workshop Papers: At least one author of each accepted workshop paper must register with either the "Workshops Only" or "Conference and Workshops" option.
Special Sessions: At least one author of each accepted paper in Demo sessions, PhD Symposium, and GenAI symposium must register following the workshop registration policy. Please select either "Workshops Only" or "Conference and Workshops" when registering.
Tutorials: Tutorial presenters are exempt from registration fees.
Artifacts: Since artifacts can only be submitted by accepted main track papers, authors with accepted artifacts do not need additional registration beyond their main paper registration.

When 5 team members from the same institution complete full registration, the 6th, 7th, and all subsequent members receive a 50% discount. See details in the Group Registration Discount Policy section below.

We offer two payment channels to accommodate all authors: Euro (EUR) payment via credit card, bank transfer, or secure online processing; and Chinese Yuan (RMB) payment via Alipay, WeChat Pay, or UnionPay cards.

Author Registration Fees
EARLY: The deadline for author registration is October 3rd for main conference papers and October 31st for workshop papers
Each paper accepted at the ICSOC 2025 main conference requires at least a regular (conference) registration by one of the co-authors.
If your paper is accepted at the ICSOC 2025 main conference and you wish attend the co-located events (workshops, PhD symposium, etc.), you need a regular (conference and workshops) registration.
Each paper accepted at an ICSOC 2025 co-located events (workshops, PhD symposium, etc.) requires at least a workshop registration by one of the co-authors.
If your paper is accepted at an ICSOC 2025 co-located workshop and you wish to attend the main conference, you need a regular (conference and workshops) registration.

The maximum length is 15 pages for regular papers. An extra fee will be charged for each additional page if applicable. Please refer to the submission guidelines for details.

This discount is available to all students (undergraduate, master's, or doctoral). Please note that a valid student ID card and official certificate issued by the university (with the university seal) proving the current student status is required during registration.
Group Registration Discount Policy
We are pleased to offer a group registration discount to institutions with multiple attendees.

Eligibility Requirements
Institution Affiliation
All team members must be from the same institution
Proof of affiliation is required (institutional email or official certificate)
Paper Author Requirements
For each accepted paper (Full Paper or Short Paper), at least one author must register at the standard rate
Authors registering at standard rates are not eligible for the group discount
These authors can be counted toward the total team size for discount calculation
How to Apply
Step 1: Prepare Required Information
Registration IDs of 5 members registered at standard rates
Registration ID(s) of member(s) requesting the discount (6th member onwards)
Proof of institutional affiliation for all team members
Step 2: Submit Application
Contact the organizing committee via email with the information listed above.
Step 3: Complete Registration
The 6th, 7th, and subsequent eligible members should select the 50% discounted rate when completing their registration.
What is included
The registration/Participation fee includes:
Workshops Only: Provides access to the workshops and Ph.D. symposium, including coffee breaks, and the Conference Welcome reception.
Conference Only: Provides access to the conference tracks, tutorials, and keynotes from December 2-4, 2025. It also includes coffee breaks, the conference welcome reception, and social events.
Conference and Workshops: Provides access to all ICSOC 2025 scientific events from December 1-4, 2025, including conference tracks, tutorials, keynotes, workshops, and the Ph.D. symposium. It also includes coffee breaks, the conference welcome reception, and all conference social events.
